nexIRC 3.0 alpha 12 is an incomplete IRC client which supports various IRC RFC's (RFC1459, RFC2812 and others.), chat on multiple servers, chat on multiple channels, multiple queries, send and recieve files over dcc and chat over a secure connection, browse the web in the background, keep your favorite channels in a channel folder, keep track of what you've downloaded with the download manager, chat on IRC using multiple view's, list channels, edit text strings, get links to other servers, use Undernet X and NickServ commands, save windows for retrieval after you close them, customize server list, keep contact with your friends using the notify list, customize formated status and channel window text, and more. Microsoft Winsock is no longer required.
