A blank VB mIRC COM DLL. This is everything you need to get started with your own mIRC DLL. mIRC will never be the same! Once you've downloaded, unzip to a folder, copy mirc.exe to that folder, run mIRC, from mIRC's status window type /load -rs vbmircsample.mrc and the sample should automatically load.
